Kathleen specializes in designing and facilitating highly participatory planning processes that help companies make the most of their organizational changes. Her work encompasses corporate and personal strategic planning, training in and application of consensus-driven facilitation methods, managing change and leadership models, communication and team effectiveness solutions.

Our value and effectiveness in working with clients across long distances is proven. This affords us the good fortune to choose the place from which we conduct our business. And so we came to the community of Asheville, North Carolina, in early 2003. It’s rich in diversity, rich in creativity, and rich in folks of great character and talent.
